This Request for Quotation (RFQ) invites suppliers to submit informational, non‑binding quotations for the deliverables described herein. This RFQ is not a tender and does not create contractual relations (including “Contract A”) or any obligation on the part of the Municipality to purchase goods or services, to accept the lowest‑priced quotation, or to proceed with any award. The Municipality may, at its sole discretion, use information received to negotiate and, if successful, may enter into a purchase order or agreement with one supplier. No obligations arise and no contract is formed until a written purchase order or agreement is executed by the Municipality.
