The Deliverables include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, traffic control, restoration, and incidental work required to complete the work described in this RFQ, including Attachments #1, #2, #3 and #4. The specification of the project has been shared been shared in the table below. Attachment #1, # 2, #3 and #4 form part of this RFQ for quotation purposes. If there is a conflict between this RFQ and Attachment #1, #2, #3 and #4, the Municipality will determine the interpretation to be applied for the RFQ process. Before issuance of any Purchase Order or Agreement, the Municipality may clarify, revise, or negotiate the scope and document precedence order with the selected supplier. ScheduleAnticipated Start Window: November 2026 Completion Deadline: All work shall be completed on or before March 14, 2027. The successful Contractor shall notify the Drainage Superintendent a minimum of 48 hours prior to commencing work. Provisional Items Note: Specifications are not finalized and may be refined through negotiations with one or more suppliers prior to any award. |
