The Municipality of Lakeshore (“Municipality”) is requesting quotations from qualified licensed contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, traffic-control measures, disposal services, and supervision necessary to complete sidewalk repairs at various municipal locations. The addresses, repair areas, and nature of the required repairs will be  provided by the Municipality in Tables 1 and 2.
