The Municipality requires that this contract commence immediately following the award of Tender (estimated as late August, 2026) and conclude on December 31st, 2026. 

All field work shall be scheduled during dry-weather season (generally May to October). The Municipality and Contractor will make every effort to schedule and complete all assignments detailed in this tender within the approved contract period. The contract will include the general work area, assigned by the Municipality's Manager, Engineering & Infrastructure.
